I am a Licensed Psychologist proviiding individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults throughout NJ, NY, VT, and FL. I believe every person has different hurdles to conquer in life, and might need assistance along the way. With that being said, I work with my patients to form a safe and comfortable treatment environment to successfully accomplish their treatment goals. I believe one of the most important factors is the therapist-patient relationship. I take the time to build a solid therapeutic relationship so I can best serve my patients. I provide mainly cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy. In order to tailor therapy to each patient, I pull from additional evidence-based intervention areas I have training. Additional areas include: play therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, positive psychology, LGBTQIA+, and trauma focused cognitive-behavioral therapy (TF-CBT).
