Through nonjudgmental curiosity, humor, insight, and empathy, I create a safe space in which my clients can understand and accept themselves, feel less alone, and rewrite the major narratives of their lives. Through our work, my clients feel more alive and empowered, improve relationships, and build fulfilling and productive lives. Depending on my clients’ preferences, I balance a psychodynamic approach with pragmatic strategies for a range of issues, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, strong emotions, rumination, and impulsivity.
