I work with clients who want to improve their relationships, whether they are just hitting some bumps in the road or are on the brink of splitting up. I also use my expertise with couples to help individuals struggling to find and maintain healthy relationships, and those who want to work on their relationship but whose partner isn’t yet ready. I don’t just work with couples occasionally – relationships are my specialty. This includes working with couples where one or both partners struggle with substance abuse or addiction. You want to know the person you’re trusting with your relationship has the skills and training to help. While I can’t promise that I can “fix” your relationship, I bring the confidence of being trained and certified in the most effective couples therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
