Therapist Overview

I work with individuals and families who are experiencing a variety of clinical issues, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, divorce, life transitions, career concerns, trauma, LGBTQ* issues, ADHD, relational conflict, self-esteem, and family issues. I use a combination of techniques, drawing from Attachment Theory, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and client-centered, strength-based techniques to meet clients where they are and walk with them through the process of creating positive change. I have been trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and utilize this to address a variety of presenting concerns, including trauma, mood disorders, and phobias. In sessions, I strive to create a comfortable, safe atmosphere where clients of all ages can explore the challenges they are facing. Clients have described me as relateable and easy to talk to, and I truly enjoy engaging with people and learning their stories.
