I’m a multicultural and polyglot therapist (Portuguese/Spanish) who has had the privilege of working with a very diverse population on trauma and a variety of mental health issues and challenging life circumstances for over 15 years. It’s is not our difficulties that define us but our willingness to recognize the problem and start the journey towards health and healing.
