I love working with adolescents and children, but also enjoy working with adults as well. My therapy approach is tailored to the individual and their needs and goals. My approach will typically include one, or a combination of, the following; Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), as well as Play Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I work with clients to address a variety of areas including; depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, domestic violence, among others including attachment related issues. I also work with clients with developmental and intellectual disabilities. My main focus is on children and teens, working on a variety of issues including but not limited to; depression, self-esteem, cognitive, behavioral, bullying, and sexuality. As noted above, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and tailor those approaches to client’s specific needs.
