Throughout my career I have worked with adolescents and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. In that time I have learned that personal change is usually not dramatic, it is rarely quick and easy, it has a lot to do with the relationship built between the therapist and client and the effort one is willing to put forth towards making changes.
