Therapist Overview

I provide psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children experiencing difficult life events, complex and overwhelming emotions, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I enjoy working with autistic and neurodiverse people, as well as folks with executive functioning problems, IDD, and learning disabilities. As a former teacher and school counselor, I assist families navigating the complexities of the school system. I provide compassionate, non-judgmental, and empathetic therapeutic intervention and support. Respecting clients as the expert on themselves, I collaborate to problem-solve, teach skills, and bear witness. I am a trauma-informed, Health at Every Size practitioner strongly influenced by developmental theory and secular humanism. Currently, I am accepting adult and adolescent clients into my online practice. This means that, no matter where in Texas you live, we can work together!
