Therapist Overview

**Not currently accepting new patients** If you are ready to explore who you are, reach your goals, and open yourself up to self-awareness, I am ready to help guide you. I believe that, as in other areas of healthcare, taking an integrative approach to mental health can help us become more attuned to our wants and needs, and allow us to examine who we are and how we got here in a multitude of ways and from more than one angle. I approach therapy from a standpoint of non-judgemental curiosity. You are the expert in your own life, and I am committed to walking the path toward happiness and understanding with you. I provide talk therapy to adults and adolescents, and have experience seeing patients with relationship issues, job stress, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I practice therapy through a social justice lens and from a platform of deep compassion and empathy. I believe the relationship between therapist and patient is the foundation of progress. Let’s make some progress together.
