Therapist Overview

I’m a clinical psychologist who empowers women to feel fierce and confident in their chosen professional life while also building and maintaining meaningful personal relationships. I also help adolescents and parents navigate life transitions. For many of my clients, a lack of skills, low self-esteem, minimal self-empathy, and/or past hurts tend to get in the way of hitting desired goals and having fulfilling relationships. For adolescents finding autonomy while also dealing with ridiculously big emotions can wear on teens and parents. Ultimately, this results in feelings of depression, anxiety, emotion dysregulation, and possibly even self-harm. Through evidence based treatments, I address concerns such as phase of life difficulties, professional life slumps and challenges, parent-child relational issues, relationship difficulties, poor emotion regulation, anxiety, depression, and self-injury. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those within the LGBTQ community
