The decision to start counseling can be a tough one to make and it takes courage to be able to reach out for help. I have experience working with clients who struggle with ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, and trauma (TBI, PTSD, complex). My style of counseling is strengths-based, humanistic, non-judgmental, and client-centered meaning that trust and respect are at the forefront of the therapeutic relationship. I earned my M.Ed with a focus on Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Augusta University in 2013 and have worked in a variety of settings which has enhanced my world view of culture and diversity. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD and I am a certified facilitator of Prepare/Enrich (premarital and marriage enrichment).
