I have specialized training in the treatment of postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. As a mother of four, I’m passionate about supporting mothers. I’m also a military spouse and have spent the past ten years working within the military community. My counseling career began with my motivation to help individuals overcome the obsession with food, weight, body image, and exercise. Over the past fifteen years I’ve gained experience in the treatment of eating disorders in outpatient, inpatient, and group settings and know the joy, health, and freedom of recovery.
