In my practice, the goal of therapy is to allow you a safe space in which we can identify and clear away barriers, while developing a pathway to your best self. Each individual is unique in their needs, and the definition of “best” will vary. Therapeutic goals will be a collaboration between you and I. My hope is to provide guidance and support, as you learn how to access parts of yourself that allow you to reach your potential. With any challenging venture, progress in therapy is not a linear incline; there may be ups and downs, and I will help navigate the terrain. My experience and training is in assessing and treating eating disorders, anxiety, and relational issues. I have been in the eating disorder field for over 7 years, and was previously the program director of an eating disorder treatment center.
