I specialize in individual and couples’ therapy for problems related to depression, anxiety, stress, gambling, other forms of addictions, and relationship difficulties. I also believe in incorporating my clients’ culture, beliefs, and values in order to help them feel more whole. I believe that creating an authentic and genuine therapeutic relationship is imperative to behavioral change and therefore it is essential that the therapist and client are a good fit and work as a collaborative team.
