You already have what you need within yourself to experience fulfillment in your life. Unfortunately, there are many internal and external influences that can prevent this resulting in a feeling of falling short of who you should be. This can lead to a sense of being out of balance, feeling stuck and many of the symptoms that bring you to therapy. I believe that the most important task is to make meaning of your life by increasing awareness of your experience resulting in a new understanding and a feeling of peace and of being at home in your skin. I have been trained in the Existential-Phenomenological approach but incorporate many styles into psychotherapy. I often use mindfulness and the here-and-now experience with the goal of illuminating the path of healing by increasing awareness and discovering previously hidden patterns and beliefs that undermine your well-being.
