“You are doing the very best you can!” We enter adulthood with a lifetime of experiences-both positive and negative. Is today feeling like a replay of past trauma, relationships struggling, parenting making you feel like a failure, while the voice in your head says, “I am not enough?” My practice is based on the beliefs, “it is never too late” and “we each have infinite worth.” The quality of our early relationship with our caregivers, repeats without our awareness. Our past need not define our present. You are worthy of finding comfort within a secure, therapeutic relationship. Together we can explore and discover healing. I have 16 years of experience working with children and adult survivors of childhood trauma. Specializing in sexual and physical abuse, I have come to know, through a loving, therapeutic relationship we can and do heal! Trauma work is meeting grief where it impacts us today, creating a holding environment to explore safely our thoughts and feelings. Becoming
