Therapist Overview
I have been providing therapy services clients for over twenty years. I love being able to help my clients learn their potential and achieve complete recovery. I treat eating disorders, depression, postpartum depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorders, unwelcome life changes, ineffective coping mechanisms and other mental health issues. I am honored to be able to do the work I do. It is a privilege for me, as I provide a completely emotionally safe environment with the utmost confidentiality. Additionally I provide an adolescent (age 12-20) eating disorders group therapy. While treating ED for over 20 years, I take a unique group approach. The goal is to help the client learn to live in the solution of recovery while developing a new and improved sense of self, self esteem and self confidence. My motto in both individual and group therapy is: Trust the process, have faith in the outcome.
