As far as anyone can tell, you’ve got it all together. But on the inside you never feel good enough and your inner critic is quick to remind you of all the ways you’re failing. You are the friend that everyone depends on and confides in, but deep down you feel like no one really knows you. You secretly feel lonely and isolated. No one knows about the anxiety you’ve been experiencing, or about how you have trouble sleeping because you can’t keep your mind from racing. You feel weak when something happens that you can’t handle. You want to have self-confidence and love who you are. You want to be able to relax and enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to create.
