I am a capable, educated, experienced clinician, trained in specialized techniques (EMDR, Internal family systems, sensorimotor psychotherapy, coherence therapy) that reaches depths not always gotten to by talk therapy. I work with trauma of events and misattunements. Together, we will help you grow your compassion, curiosity, understanding and humor. I know that more important than my extensive training is my capacity to develop a relationship where there is trust and a true welcoming of all aspects of your being. I know we all have the innate capacity to heal and my goal is to help you trust that and have it happen. Most people report that I get them and feel transformed- “lighter” and “freer”
