Therapist Overview

I work with a wide variety of clients, from younger to older adults, across cultures, and LGBTQ. I am skilled at helping with issues including addiction, anger management, relationship problems, parenting, anxiety and depression, trauma, and more. I use Gottman Couples Counseling method to work with couples, including same sex couples. I use cognitive behavioral techniques to help clients learn skills to effectively change behavior. I also use Brainspotting to help clients resolve past trauma, which is usually not entirely accessible with traditional talk therapy.
