Dealing with a stressful situation at work or in a personal relationship, can quickly overshadow every other area of your life. I offer traditional talk therapy as well as art therapy, which can open doors for those who may struggle with communicating their emotions verbally, including children who have not yet mastered language to identify their inner thoughts and adults for whom communication is difficult. I offer a safe and supportive space for populations such as individuals and their families who have developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, problem gambling behaviors, and substance abuse among other challenges. I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist who focuses on a person-centered therapy approach, teaching clients to develop tools to work through challenges by identifying strengths and developing resiliency skills.
