Sometimes in life we come to feel like we have run out of answers and don’t know where to turn. Sometimes we just can no longer deal with others, our kids, our work or even ourselves. I can provide a safe, supportive and confidential environment that allows us to work together, using your natural strengths to find answers, increase your sense of well-being and life functioning. I have provided therapy services to adults and children in the Butte County community for 20 years. I provide therapeutic treatments that decrease stress, anxiety, depression, and effects of past and current traumas. Therapy will also increase positive behaviors, problem-solving skills, self-worth, communication, anger-management and parenting skills . Much of my work focuses on trauma related therapies. I have been EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) trained since 2009 and EMDR certified since 2014. I am also a US Navy Veteran.
