With 20 years of experience my depth of empathy and skills provide the foundation for a safe, colaborative relationship. I understand that isolation debilitates and shakes people in times of distress and that connection with others is crucial to healing. I see my role as helping people discover the value of connections and supporting them as they move through the process. I have worked in a variety of settings, primarily focusing on survivors of sexual and physical abuse. I guide clients with the process of therapy to work through their challenges, which may include PTSD, loss, self-esteem and relationship issues. I have also had the privilege to work with incarcerated women, to be a light in overwhelming darkness.
