I provide a form of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) that combines standard “talk therapy” with Jungian-based tools and art/play therapy approaches that allow for greater exploration of the unconscious. With 25 years counseling experience using a variety of therapy techniques I have found this combination works far better than other approaches for getting good results.
