I am in the process of getting a health coach certification through Integrative Nutrition. Integrative Nutrition supports positive self-care to improve not only physical health, but spiritual and mental health. I work with individuals to develop a self-care plan to support their overall health for anxiety and depression I have been specifically trained in Trust Based Relational Interventions for children who have experienced trauma, lived in foster families, have been adopted, or experienced hard circumstances. I use therapeutic approachs such as play and art therapy to help children express themselves freely.
