Are you dealing with a life transition? As a transition specialist I can think of no other time when so many of us were jolted into a transition and a new way of life! I specialize in working with individuals and families that are going through a transition in their life. These transitions could include; divorce, job loss, getting back into the work force, becoming a teenager, becoming an adult, moving, new relationships, parenting, loss of a loved one, getting sober and many more! If you are feeling stuck or finding it difficult to cope with your current situation now is the perfect time for action. I have found that my practical, realistic and direct approach is beneficial for my clients. I have also found that by collaborating with my clients and working to gain an understanding of all of the pieces of their lives and how they impact each other they feel empowered to make changes. I am back in the office and offer sessions ranging from 60-90 minutes. I am available on evenings and w
