Prior to moving up to San Francisco, Kurt has had an extensive background in both acute inpatient and outpatient hospital environments maintaining positions in seven medical centers in the Southern California area including Cedars-Sinai, Century City, and Kaiser Permanente. His responsibilities have included psychotherapeutic services with adults, adolescents, and children in group settings, mental health and/or substance abuse services. Kurt has also been able to successfully build therapeutic alliances via Tele-Health/ Video Therapy. In a leadership role, he can be described as supportive, ethical, passionate, and energetic. As a clinician, Kurt is empathic, reliable and consistent within the therapeutic realm.
