Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. In life, sometimes we feel lost, wrapped in our heads and don’t always know why. I focus on uncovering what is missing in my client’s life story and help them build a map. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience in varied settings with many different people including adolescents, adult individuals as well as couples and families dealing with relationship issues, adjustment/transitional issues, anxiety, mood disorders, behavioral issues, low self-esteem, life changes, anger management and trauma-related issues. My theoretical approach is grounded in Humanistic-Existential model. I use a client-centered, collaborative process to work as a pair to unveil the issues and work through them.My focus looks for meaning, strengths and potential to help clients address what is limiting their sense of joy and wholeness.
