Therapist Overview
I work with adults (18+), providing support and guidance for those navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, depression, life transitions, and personal growth. I aim to create a space of comfort and safety where one can find the courage to look compassionately within. Working at Middlebury College’s counseling center, I gained an understanding of the unique stressors that the college student cohort faces. I truly enjoy collaborating with students in exploring how their college experience can be rich and fulfilling — not only academically, but holistically. I also have specialized training in evidence-based practices for working with those that have experienced complex trauma. A trauma-sensitive approach may be used with anyone, not only those that have been affected by severe traumatic events. Some tenets of this approach include adaptiveness, attunement, and non-judgment.
