Many people enter therapy with me because they’re experiencing problems with living. Often they’ve come to realize these problems seem to repeat themselves over and over again. Examples include managing intense and painful feelings, cultivating and sustaining intimate relationships and struggling to maintain an overall sense of well-being over time. I have over twenty years of experience assisting adolescents, young adults, people at mid-age and older adults with a myriad of struggles such as depression, anxiety, conflict around major life transitions, family problems, isolation, sexuality, identity, loss and grief, emotional regulation, living with chronic illness and working through long-standing struggles with self-acceptance.
