Life naturally comes with many challenges–especially in the current state of our world. It’s common to feel stagnant, unsure, anxious, and uninspired. Most of us are conditioned by our culture, family system, and life experiences to feel, think, and behave in certain ways. This is often times misaligned with who we truly are and as a result, our mental and emotional health suffer. I believe, with the right guidance and support, we have the ability to heal and evolve by accepting and reclaiming our authentic self. This is unique to every individual. There is no blue print to being a human and having a human experience. I hold space for clients to understand and embrace who they truly are and who they’re becoming–or sometimes “unbecoming”. I use a combination of talk therapy, art therapy, guided journaling, and mindfulness practices to help my clients process their emotions and experience.
