**MY SCHEDULE IS CURRENTLY FULL. PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR UPDATES.** Life is full of surprises and challenges that can leave us feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or worse. The death of a loved one, difficult relationships, loss of a job or an ideal, divorce, serious illness, caregiver fatigue-just to name a few-can leave us feeling that we are adrift in uncharted territory. To me, therapy is a process of self-exploration and discovery that can lead to personal growth. This process can help us better manage what life throws our way as we discover and give value to our inner resources and what is most important to us. I provide individual counseling to adults of all ages and specialize in working with those experiencing grief and loss, drawing from my past experience as a bereavement counselor at Hospice of Southern Maine.
