My approach is create a safe, non-judgmental space to do the work it takes to create meaningful change. My style is person-centered, relational, experiential, and compassionate.
Trust me, I’ve been there too. I know what it feels like to feel lost, stuck, broken, not good enough, confused, exhausted, and alone.
I know what it feels like too, to find your voice, to find your inner strength, and to genuinely feel “okay” with who you are, as is.
I know this change is possible. I believe in it.
I consider it one of the greatest honors to be able to come alongside you in your journey – to share the ins and outs of your life, the joys as well as the sorrows. Life leaves us all with unanswered questions, doubt, pain and grief. And while there are many different paths toward healing, the gift of therapy is that we don’t have to navigate the healing journey on our own. There’s someone else who can share the journey with you – 100% in your corner, unwavering, and completely invested.
