I offer individual therapy to adults. I have many years of experience working with survivors of trauma, abuse, and neglect. Other areas of clinical interest and expertise include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, difficult family systems, vicarious trauma, professional burnout, chronic illness, and issues surrounding pregnancy (infertility, miscarriage, postpartum depression, etc.) I practice a relational form of psychodynamic therapy that views the therapeutic relationship as the site of potential transformation. I firmly believe in the value of meeting clients where they are and utilizing a strengths based perspective to emphasize self-determination and resiliency. I also incorporate artistic treatment modalities when appropriate.
