Therapist Overview

“What we cannot hold, we cannot process. What we cannot process, we cannot transform. What we cannot transform haunts us. It takes another mind to help us heal ours. It takes other minds and hearts to help us grow and re-grow the capacities we need to transform suffering.” Joseph Bobrow. Whatever your suffering, whether it’s the legacy of trauma, or the challenges of our modern world, it can be held, processed and transformed. My integrative approach combines deeply relational, trauma-informed, somatic, contemplative (mindfulness) and expressive arts practices to support the recovery of your innate resilience and wholeness, and to strengthen your capacity to manage difficulties through increased self-compassion and self-trust. I bring over 25 years experience as a creative and mind/body teacher and practitioner. I am passionate about the potential of neuroscience and interpersonal relationship to both heal trauma and harness potential. I am also passionate about the power of creativity
