I have a unique and holistic approach to psychotherapy. Using a combination of traditional methods, energy psychology modalities (such as EFT) and mindfulness principles, I assist in the exploration and resolution of emotional obstacles to promote healing and growth. I use my understanding of the interrelationship between the mind, body and spirit, to work towards transformation and relief of trauma and limiting beliefs about the self. My style is empathic, warm, supportive and client-centered. I believe following the innate wisdom and insight of the client and creating a safe therapeutic relationship are essential elements in the journey towards healing.
