I offer a safe and non judgmental space allowing you to explore the various issues or patterns that have brought you to therapy. My hope is to help you gain insight and awareness as well as new skills to make navigating life’s hurdles a little bit easier. Because I feel as though we all have a unique set of strengths and challenges, I personalize treatment to each individuals needs. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness based techniques in conjunction with a strength based approach. I offer services to individuals 18 years and older.
