It’s time to stop beating yourself up. Enough with trying to be perfect. Enough with trying to please everyone else. In therapy we’ll create a space for you to be real, and together figure out what you need to live a life where you feel good about yourself, have fulfilling relationships, and aren’t overwhelmed with self-doubt and criticism. We’ll discover strengths and resilience you didn’t know you had. And we will deal with the hard, painful stuff you’ve been avoiding–together. I’m currently seeing clients online during shelter-in-place. I’ve been amazed at how connected we can feel even when we’re looking at each other through a screen. My approach is warm, collaborative, and creative–whether we’re together in the office, or we’re meeting online. I think outside the box as a therapist to find what actually works. We can express ourselves through creativity and play and laughter…and anything else we need to, in order to help you break out of the patterns that are holding you back
