I use a strengths based approach to therapy to help increase client well being. My goal is to reduce conflict, increase connection, and create long lasting change. I collaborate with Dr. Monissa Solberg and Andrew Ellison, LMFT (owners of Wellness Rhode Island) as well as the other medication and counseling providers at the practice to facilitate the highest quality of care possible. Prior to joining Wellness Rhode Island, I provided intensive home-based services for children and their families. I found that families appreciated the time I took to fully understand them and the goals they had. Clients find that I create a safe and calming environment that helps facilitate change.
