Within all clients there is potential for growth and positive change. We all have the ability to be the hero within our own narrative if we are willing to put in the work. I often see clients, who are dealing with difficult life transitions, that seem to negatively impact their emotions and sense of self. These life changes could include, but are not limited to: going through a divorce, starting a new job or grieving a loss. All of these shifts within our lives, have the ability to negatively define our future path and identity. I work to help clients identify and then solidify their ideal life expectations and sense of self. I start by getting to know the client for the person they are, without judgement. Once a relationship is built and an understanding of their potential is developed, I provide a space to safety, “push” them towards their goals. At times we need to hear hard truths to make changes and I offer transparency when speaking to my clients with respect to them. I understand at times, the problems we face can seem so unique to us, that it can be difficult to open up with anyone. I am here to listen at your own pace, without judgement and invite you to take the first steps towards change in your life.
