There is so much noise pulling you toward a false sense of self that you forget what you needed/wanted in the first place. While feeling stuck you want to move forward to experience flourishing and allow the noise to fade away. As the noise subsides you can starting taking steps to become the individual, couple, family you know you were meant to become. My work is from a systemic approach believing relationships shape our state of being in whatever season we find ourselves. I work from an attachment lens exploring how deep hurts and wounds from your past can prohibit you from experiencing true relational joy.
