I began working in a state psychiatric hospital, then spent over 22 years at the Bradley Center, a private psychiatric hospital. That facility offered the full range of treatment options from outpatient therapy with general mental health and substance abuse issues through inpatient special care for severe mental illness and addictions. That work set the foundation for my own private counseling practice which I have owned and operated since 2005.
