Therapist Overview
We’re each gifted… We’re each wounded… Nobody escapes the extraordinary challenges of being human. Seeking out a compassionate ally skilled in the process of healing is an important and courageous act, one that can lead to greater fulfillment, resiliency, self-esteem, and well-being. I work with adults of all ages who struggle with anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, depression, LGBTQ, relationship issues, men’s issue’s, and spiritual and existential crises. I have extensive experience with young adults navigating the challenges of moving into greater self-knowledge, empowerment, and a life of their own. In my 15+ years of passionate involvement in counseling, I’ve acquired and use numerous therapeutic tools, including; EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I’m well practiced in discerning which tools are most appropriate and will yield the most significant positive results for each individual. I’m committed to the development of a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, safety and acceptance. From there we explore ways to heal wounds, shift patterns, and move naturally into a greater belief in one’s self. Please give me a call so we can collaboratively assess whether I would be a good fit for addressing your therapy needs and goals.
