Sadness has replaced your joy and you just want the world to feel different. You are not alone. Many of us experience such deep, uncomfortable emotions. Having a supportive person to process with can make a world of difference. Concerns I frequently work with include self-esteem, anxiety, depression, veterans’ issues, relationship violence, sexual abuse, substance use, grief/loss, transitions, and career issues. As a National Certified Counselor and PhD student, my clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including nonprofit, hospital, university-based counseling center, and private practice. I work with individuals across the lifespan to help you build the empowering life you desire!
