Therapist Overview
*ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS* COVID-19 has uprooted our sense of order and safety in the world around us. Experiencing sadness, loneliness, anxiety, helplessness, shame, and guilt are symptoms of navigating a chaotic world. It can be frustrating to face these issues alone especially if you grew up in a culture that has taught you to suppress your struggles. If you are struggling to navigate your inner conflict and have difficulties expressing or understanding them, therapy can be a cathartic and liberating experience. Currently, I work with patients experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and Asian Identity issues. Therapy is a collaborative effort of exploration and understanding. Therapy can expand on the authenticity and depth of your experiences, while honoring the profound experiences that envelops your life. Together, we will explore your compass and your aim for a better life. It is my passion to help you find meaning and purpose in becoming your best self. I may be the professional, but you are the expert in your life. As a therapist, I will meet you where you are. I treat therapy with warmth, humor, compassion, authenticity, and curiosity. This is the heart of my practice. It is never too late to rewrite your story so let us write a new story together.
