Therapist Overview
Do life’s questions take hold of you? Does life itself become questionable? You may struggle to articulate this, let alone discuss it with others. It may seem unspeakable. Yet we need companionship to uncover and address our deepest questions. They cannot be answered bluntly. They have to be lived, and that takes courage, dialogue, and time. I offer attention, patience, and trusting relation as a way to explore your questions and the concerns in which they are rooted. My goal as a therapist is to help you find and formulate the deeper concern that may be scared, wounded, or buried amidst the demands of everyday life. My approach is to bring my full self into the encounter, creating a space where you are comfortable doing so as well. Your questions may seem like barriers now, whereas they are really trying to tell you something. Through relation and reflection, we can explore what that might be. I look forward to accompanying you.
