As someone in recovery myself, I understand the need for effective treatment, provided in a safe and healing environment. To that end, I have obtained extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and completed my certification in Family-Based Treatment, an evidenced-based treatment for adolescents.
