Hello there and welcome! My name is Jason Barbee and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. First off, congratulations on making the decision to grow. It is my belief that everyone can benefit from counseling as it can help us look at the world from a different lens and develop our self awareness. Counseling can provide a safe and nonjudgmental place for us to be able to share our inner truths and be who we really are. Since I started in the mental health field back in 2010, I have experience working with individuals and families with a wide range of challenges. It is my goal to ask the tough questions to get to the root of the challenge. I am eclectic as well as holistic in my approach and will work with you in coming up with a style that fits. This is no small endeavor and will require hard work, but counseling has the potential to change everything by taking a look at the meaning we give our experiences.
