How do we get this best life and shine as our true selves? We see others doing it, but feel stuck or confused as to how to get there. Collaboratively, we can identify the things holding you back, take down those obstacles one by one, and find ways to fill up those spaces with the things that bring you more meaning, peace, connection, and happiness. I’ve been a musician since the Seattle days of Nirvana, while working in social services, studying art and yoga therapy, and raising kids. I’ve led workshops + therapy groups for grief, gender + sexual identity, attachment, LGBTQ issues, shadow work and more. With compassion, non-judgment, humor, and creativity, I will tailor your therapy to fit your needs.
