In therapy we will collaborate in a supportive and caring way to identify your goals, develop an effective treatment plan, and move you to that better, more joyful place in life. My treatment is generally rooted in a cognitive behavioral approach delivered in a supportive and encouraging manner. Specifically, my training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Motivational Interviewing.
